ELDERSHIP
Our Eldership provides spiritual oversight, guidance, and care for our church community. Together, they prayerfully discern direction, support our ministries, and help ensure that everything we do reflects the heart of Jesus. As servant‑leaders, they walk alongside our congregation with humility, wisdom, and a deep commitment to seeing people grow in faith and flourish in community.

When we take the time to introduce and get to know our pastor, we’re not just learning a name or a role — we’re building trust, connection, and a shared sense of purpose. A pastor’s heart, story, and vision help shape the life of our church, and when we know who they are, we can walk alongside them with confidence and unity.

Leadership Team
At Penrith Church of Christ, our Leadership Team exists to serve, shepherd, and guide our church community with wisdom, humility, and prayerful discernment. Together, this team provides spiritual oversight, operational support, and strategic direction as we pursue our mission to love God, love people, and make disciples.

Pastor
We are currently in the process of appointing our next Pastor, who will serve as a key spiritual leader and partner with the Eldership and ministry teams in shaping the future of Penrith Church of Christ.
Operations Manager
Cate Evenden
Cate oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the church, ensuring our ministries, facilities, and administrative processes run smoothly and support our mission.
Community & Church Insight Lead
Matt Evenden
Matt supports the church by gathering insights, strengthening community connections, and helping shape strategic direction across ministries and partnerships.
